Jamie began helping businesses in 1998, working across East Anglia and gaining his insolvency licence in 2009. In 2010 Jamie founded his first insolvency practice, growing it to 20 people and a +£1m turnover before selling it in 2015. Leading Business Services, (Simple Liquidation is part of the Leading group), was formed in 2015, with 4 offices across East Anglia, the Midlands and London, providing business recovery and insolvency solutions to clients across the UK.

Alex Dunton

Alex Dunton

Licensed Insolvency Practitioner

Alex began his career in London working for a firm specialising in fraud and litigation-led insolvency. After gaining his insolvency licence in 2015, Alex took formal appointments for several practices in East Anglia and Birmingham. Alex joined Leading Business Services (Simple Liquidation) in 2019 and manages several aspects of the business including his own insolvency team.

Bekki joined the pre-appointment team in 2021 to undertake all aspects of regulatory and financial compliance, in addition to ensuring the smooth flow of information with clients and other stakeholders. Bekki had previously worked within client-facing recruitment and administration roles, prior to joining the team.

Chloe started her insolvency career after joining Leading in 2017 before previously working in the insurance sector. Chloe specialises in dealing with all employee matters and assists with the firm’s development and training, alongside overseeing a corporate caseload.

Rosie Debruijn

Rosie joined the team in December 2020. She is a qualified and knowledgeable Finance Manager with over 15 years’ experience across multiple industries. Rosie supports our team and clients by ensuring all of our finance and treasury facilities are kept up to date and complete.

Lukas Evans-Jones

Lukas previously worked in the insurance sector and now manages a portfolio of corporate liquidation clients, to ensure their smooth conclusion and eventual dissolution.

Lloyd has been helping directors and business owners for over 25 years. Initially working with his father in a family-run insolvency firm, Lloyd progressed to partner, and in 2012 the firm merged with a larger accountancy practice. Dealing with both owner-managed and larger entities, Lloyd is well known and respected in the business community in London and wider area.

Lyn has a wealth of experience in customer service, administration and logistics and is passionate about exceptional client care. Brandon Herod Simple Liquidation

Brandon began his career in insolvency in 2014 and went on to pass the ICAEW Certificate in Insolvency exam in December 2016. Throughout his career Brandon has managed a portfolio of both corporate and personal insolvency cases. Brandon joined the Simple Liquidation/Leading team in 2019.

Claire Pitt

Business Manager

Claire joined the team in 2020 to support the overall smooth running of the business & assist in the wider development of the organisation. Claire also undertakes marketing activities, including building relationships with other professionals i.e accountants and IFAs, to ensure our clients receive well-rounded, complete advice. Other responsibilities include HR, recruitment, well-being and training.

Jessica became part of the Leading team in October 2021 and works as part of the insolvency team, supporting corporate clients through the company liquidation process. Jessica has previous experience within administration, customer service, and more recently, insolvency.

Scott Rawlins

Business Development Manager

Scott comes from a strong background in business development & customer care. Having joined the team in 2020 Scott helps to ensure that communication with our customer enquiries are kept up to date. Scott is also a first point of contact for clients at Simple Liquidation, providing initial advice across a wide range of insolvency matters.

George Robinson

George started his insolvency career after joining Leading in 2020, previously working in the health insurance sector. George oversees a corporate caseload consisting of Administrations and Creditors Voluntary Liquidations.

Samantha started her insolvency career after joining Leading in 2021 before previously working in the non-profit sector doing relief work after natural disasters. Samantha’s portfolio includes individuals subject to an IVA used to help manage personal debt problems, and also corporate entities that have entered a solvent liquidation (MVL) process.

Lauren’s career in Insolvency started when she joined Leading in 2019. Lauren assists with the progression of corporate insolvency cases as well providing support to the senior members of staff.

Megan joined Leading as a Client Administrator in September 2021, after successfully completing her A-levels. Megan will complete her Level 3 Apprenticeship in Business Administration alongside learning about insolvency and working as part of the professional team.
